Everyday, there’s news of some new housing society under progress in Lahore or its adjoining areas, and why not? Probably, the most talked about housing society in Lahore. Bahria Town has many acclaimed projects on its credit; some of them are completed while others are still under construction. Lahore medical housing scheme offers the comfort and luxury at very reasonable prices (or at least they claim to be doing so). Situated at just 11 km of mall road and at 1 km distance from ring road, Lahore medical housing scheme is a green housing society with 3 phases, 5 Marla, 6 Marla royal & executive, and 11 Marla houses. Like all other modern housing schemes, LMHS offers its residents health parks, play grounds, mosques, schools, hospitals, supermarkets and sports complex. Some salient features of the houses include well furnished bedrooms, dining room, 2 TV lounge, car porch, attached bathroom, 1 store room and laundry.

Eden Housing:

Eden developers have been developing housing societies for more than two decades now; and they’ve also won the “Brand of the year” award in 2008. In fact 18 (projects completed by Eden developers) is the highest number of completed projects by any real estate developing company in Pakistan. Currently, there are a number of projects under progress, including Eden Lane Villas I & II, Eden Abad, Eden Gardens and Eden Palace Villas. Among these projects, Eden Gardens is probably the most popular one, located at main Ferozpur road with almost 700 housing units and necessary amenities.
